Paranormalcy By Kiersten White

Evie’s always thought of herself as a normal teenager, even though she works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she’s falling for a shape-shifter, and she’s the only person who can see through paranormals’ glamours.

But Evie’s about to realize that she may very well be at the center of a dark faerie prophecy promising destruction to all paranormal creatures.

So much for normal.

I’m not sure about this book, i mean i liked it and hated it. It was just . . . weird i guess. Different and original, props for that, corny and kinda stupid (compliments of the twilight series) but… it was okay i guess. I only read it because my best friend said it was awesome but despite its ‘awesomeness’ i couldn’t really stick my nose deep inside of it enough. The cover, is kind of stupid though, it’s boring and plain and has nothing to do with the book. Although this book didn’t really rock my boat i still have the urge to buy the second one, i guess i’ll buy it. Some of these characters were kick ass and i fell in love with them. Actually no, all of them were kick butt and i loved the book but it just wasn’t as awesome as i anticipated. you know what, just buy the book and you would understand what i’m saying, mixed feelings for it.. but it’s still a kick butt book… not incredible though!! remember.. kick.butt =)
